![]() Here is the link of compatible drivers with Adobe Premiere Pro. What do I do to stop the incompatible problem and which drivers will actually work? ![]() ![]() I've tried a number of NVIDIA drivers now, so thinking this is a problem with Windows 10. I've also uninstalled Intel Graphics 520 which is the latest version and restarted downloaded new Intel Drivers and I get the same notification, that they are incompatible. I'm getting a repeat notification that the driver is not compatible with this version of Windows (1903), even though I've checked all of the specs. I've uninstalled using DDU all of my previous NVIDIA drivers and turned off the internet connection to restart and install from a hard drive. I recently upgraded to Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 and it keeps crashing and learned it is that the drivers I was running were out of date. Close PP - It will create any needed cache files on the fly as you edit.I am having a problem installing both NVIDIA and new Intel Drivers.Select: Delete all media cache files from the system and OK.Then Press: Remove Media Cache Files: and Delete.Go into Edit/Preferences/Media Cache (Mac users adjust menu name).Close the Open/Home screen (and you will be in PP without a project open).Start PP from it's normal desktop icon (IE: don't open from a project file link).Since most of you didn't specify a version, I'll give you this method to delete the cache. ProRes files are typically visually lossless. If that works you could make a 264 from there. We need more to go on.ĭid you try exporting to a different format? If you've been using h.264 exports try to export in ProRes. Since there seems to be no suggestions, I would for certain try deleting my cache. How about some file type info, editing with h.264? (Bad choice). ![]() Could you please look into it and get back to me. system is crashing with VideoTDRFaliour with nvlddmkm.sys failing. What suggestions, I just see post saying 'same thing here'. AmitLahiri 3d Hi Team, After updating studio driver version 535.98. ![]()
